T500 LCD swap

I came across such a problem: KIDS
These are generally funny little creatures that come in handy time to time, especially when your car is getting dirty.
However, when properly equipped these little monsters tend to cause troubles. The better equipment, the bigger trouble. And the thing does not need to be sharp to cause harm.

To make story short:
Verified and tested: T500 LCD is not tennis-ball proof.

I need to swap LED LCD in T500, and have a spare one from R61. The question is: are they simply swappable without changing the inverter since T500 is LED and R61 is CCFL?

Sizewise the R61 15.4" does fit.
You'll need to transfer LCD plus inverter from R61 into T500.
The T500 LCD cable should accommodate both LED and CCFL combos.

Well, the inverter does not fit the chassis. What's the FRU for T500 that will work with R61 LCD? T500 cable connector does not fit R61 inverter I have. LCD model is LTN154X3-L03, and R61 inverters I have are 42W8082 and 41W1482.

T500 CCFL inverters are the same as used in e.g. a T60:
