Which cooler for a T420 with i7-3612QM?

Which cooler should be used in a quad-core T420 (TYPE 4180-W59)?
I've put the i7-3613QM into a T420 and the stock cooler is able to keep it cool.
At full load, after 15 minuets, fan at 3600rpm, core temperatures are 66-71 degrees, room temperature 19 degrees.
