My mobo with NVS slowly dying so im about to repace it but with integrated graphic only.
I have heatsink from nvidia i can use it on new mobo with intel only?

Or even better. Can i use heatsink from W520 on intel mobo?

Usually a discrete GPU fan also works on a mobo with integrated graphics, but not v.v.
A W520 fan (45W or 55W) might be overkill on integrated graphics, but probably would also fit.

Later i want to fit some nice i7 so i preffer better heatsink.
