Cpu upgrade what cpu to search

I got T410 with i5 M520 what cpu should I buy to upgrade my machine? Is it possible to buy it with gpu on the chip?

Read the HMM parts list for the various CPU options.
They have Intel GPU included.

I have upgraded both my t410 from 520m to 640m (which i guess is the max it can take). They run cooler and feels alot snappier.
Its an igpu (intel hd/ironlake) cpu.
