My keyboard goes crazy

I have a problem with my KB. When I press zero it writes 098 and i keeps doing this way till I press esc. When I press 1 it wrtites all onesand keeps doing it till I press esc. I don't know what the issue is. Under opera when I press zero my screen goess full screen. When I open a new notepad it it almost the same exept from full screen. On the other hand the problem is not presisten and happens rendomly. I don't know whe to strart looking the problem. I scanned my OS with antimailware/virus presence but no luck.Did You ever have simillar problem?

Check the keyboard settings and driver in Control Panel.
Also check Region and Language settings there.
Switch off, then unplug/reseat the keyboard and/or try another one.

I have swapped my KB and so far so good. I have a used one works good.
