T440 wifi keeps crapping out

The wifi on my T440 keeps disconnecting. Sometimes I can go for hours stable, other times its every 15 minutes or so that I get a disconnect. It basically drops my router, still sees neighboring routers and then reconnects after a minute or so. In extreme cases it drops all wireless. Any ideas on why this is happening or a solution?

Using W10?
Is the wifi card maybe set to switch off to save power? (Device manager/wifi card/Power management)

That's odd, I thought that was the first thing I tried. I was checked for turn off to save power...I'll see if that works. thanks. Just thinking, not sure why it would do that if I'm actively using the computer?
