Strange problem, can't plug headphones in all the way on my T400, get no sound when I do. Plugging partway in will give sound. Phones are ok, work fine on many other pieces of gear. Bad jack maybe? I'm stumped. Looked closely into hole with light, all prongs look fine. Great machine otherwise.

Seems like a bad jack. Probably best to get a new mobo, and they are cheap. You could always try to replace the jack if you have some soldering experience...would be a bit cheaper.

The efficiency of two screens equally sized with equal numbers if pixels are equal. The time spent by a 4:3 user complaining about 16:9 is proportional to the inefficiency working with a 16:9 display, therefore the amount of useful work extracted is equal.
