T440 Corrupt Bios on board fix / direct epprom bios flash

Hola. So I picked up a nice condition unit here but its doing the 4 or 5 beeps , pause , beeps no start condition. Black screen , no bios . Have tried USB recovery , burning recovery media etc. I've looked alittle bit further and have seen on board bios recovery / flashing via a cheap USB kit that I picked up but figured I'd check here real quick before I go looking on the web for software to attempt to flash or recover this lappy. Any help at all is awesome , no big deal and very sorry if I posted improperly . Much Obliged, I'm b.p nice to meet yas.

It may possibly be easier to replace the motherboard.
Since T440 has soldered CPU, here's your chance to "upgrade" from e.g. an i5 to an i7
