T410 graphics card issue

#1 Post by Offset » Wed Apr 01, 2020 7:35 pm

Whenever my T410 sleeps or the screen turns off. On turning it on I'd get an error message "Graphics card has stopped but recovered".
I'm using Intel HD graphics windows 10.

Please what should I do? And I'm unable to install Nvidia graphics card on windows 10.

T410 is not officially supported for W10.
And there are no W10 nVidia drivers for a T410 either.
Fully switch off W10, then reboot and press F1 to go into BIOS.
Check in BIOS/Config/Display if you have 'OS Detection for switchable graphics'.
If so, set it to [Disabled] and set the 'Graphics Device' to [Integrated graphics].
If those options are not there, you do not have nVidia, so don't try to install it.
