"ghosting" a drive (SSD to SSD)
"ghosting" a drive (SSD to SSD)
I want to ghost my existing C drive to my other drive presently installed in the caddy.
I'm running the factory standard Win7 and the drive is partitioned. The reason is my C drive is smaller, the new drive is larger. I could re-install my system on the new drive, but I think it would be better to transfer everything over.

Agree on Macrium Reflect Free version. Have used it while cloning drives of different capacities.

I've been using MiniTool Partition Wizard 9 for awhile. The newer versions paywall various features.

An open-source option would be Clonezilla, then resizing the partitions afterward with gparted.
