Are all the bezels for the T520s the same?

Everything used in my area seems to be 720p, but I want a 1080p screen.

They're in the $110 range, but not that really cheaper on ebay including shipping. I think it's a bit much, but the market is what it is, unless one of y'all can help me out selling me a t520 with 1080p and 8gb

So looks like my option is to get a 1080 panel for 99 and a t520 locally. Maybe get a 520/1080 already built online.

Is discreet graphics that much better?

I have a lot of questions, not sure what to do, but the basic question is if it's the same bezel for all screens and the same video cable.
