T400 + 2503 Docking station

Is there anyone having Lenovo T400 & 2503 docking station running together with 8GB RAM?
If so, please tell me what is your exact RAM specification.

Im stuck with my T400 with only 3GB RAM. When i try boot with 4GB or more it goes like this: start fan with blank screen, work for 2 sec then shutdown and repeat this loop.

I try several momory with 2Rx8 (1Rx8 not work) like Hynix, Micon, Crucial and Samsung.
