Stuck on boot loop after downloading BIOS Update utliliy T510

[T510-Terminator]

I downloaded the BIOS SETUP UTILITY https://www.reddit.com/r/thinkpad/s/7VlOo9tvb0 and and ran it, it was successful then it
asked to restart to apply the effect,and so I did.
And then it went on boot loop and it showed until Windows repairing
system then shuts itself down and does this all over again.
Is there any way to fix this without resetting my T510?
Any help would be great. Thanks
