T520 fan / heatsink screw size

Hello,

I got a heatsink for an w520 (FRU 04W1576) that I want to connect to a fan unit that I bought for it. There's three screw holes. Unfortunately I do not know the dimension of the screws needed (as I don't have them) and the HMM doesn't tell as fan and heatsink are never separated in the HMMs.
Does anyone know the screw dimension needed? Or can take a measurement?

For the W520 heatsink (FRU 04W1576), the screws are likely M2 × 6 mm wafer‑head, nylon‑coated. Measure the hole depth to be sure, but these are what most users have used successfully.
