Will there be a T300?

#1 Post by Novi » Tue Aug 05, 2008 8:10 am

I've followed all updates on Thinkpads for a long time, mostly through notebookreview.com, but I can't remember to have seen anything about a 13" screen on the T-series.

Have anyone else seen any sign of a T300 coming up?

No, I too would love a T300 - they've missed a market there.

Price (Relatively small and expensive solid-state disk), limited space for performance components (Namely the TDP for the processor, which many reviewers have said is slow but sufficient for people's needs).

A T300 would have the same 13.3'' screen at a good resolution for proper work (Same as the max. resolution for T400) yet would be able to have more luxuries.

I feel like I've made this argument a hundred times on this forum. Yes the X300 is great, but for a person's sole computer it's not as adaptable or powerful as it needs to be.
