DO NOT ORDER from upgradebay.com

These guys are a real piece of work. My first order came back as a Chicony board and their response was: "We have several part numbers that qualify, so we ship whatever we have."

I told them to exchange it, and they complied fairly easily, after doing some searching for the NMB board. They sent me a replacement with the correct NMB part number. I received my part in the mail today and it was surely an NMB board, however I looked closely and it was USED!!!!

Why didn't someone tell me I was going to get a used part? Did they think I wouldn't notice?!!!

I called them up and gave them hell, but the best they could do is give me a full refund. I still have to pay for shipping back to them, which includes the first RMA shipping costs. WT FREAK!@~!!~??

upgradebay, you guys are terrible.

I've placed another order through IBM using the NMB part number for the T61. They said they have plenty in stock.

Yeah, UpgradeBay.com smelled a little fishy to me when I went there. I ordered a T61 NMB keyboard from IBM and that's exactly what I got.

If you're so inclined, you can pop off one of the arrow keys on your new one to make sure it looks like this.

I thought the NMB buttons have a blue pad underneath.

Did you install the third antenna?

EDIT: You and I need to get together one of these days and jump freelight.
