RAM Specifications?

Does anyone know the RAM specifications for the new ThinkPads? I'm looking at getting 4 GB from Newegg.com.
Model: Lenovo ThinkPad T400
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo P8400 (2.26 GHz, 1067 MHz FSB, 3 MB L2 Cache)
RAM: 4 GB PC-8500 (1067 MHz, Dual-channel)
HDD: 500 GB, 54000 RPM
Audio: Conexant CX20561 (192 kHz, 24-bit)
Video: Intel GMA 4500MHD
Wireless: Intel 5300

PC38500 ddr3@1067mhz, up to 2 dimms with a 4gb total in a 64 bit OS. They may even support up to 8gb, but I can't confirm that. Check out the tabook, I think it lists it.

The T400/T500 do support 8 GB of RAM. Check the datasheet here:
