T500, corver in battery slot is use for???

Hi all,
I'm new to ThinkPad, I remove battery, and see an corver with image like sim card and in/out arrow.

what is it use for?

It's a SIM Card slot for WWAN.

I am in Vietnam, can I use Mobile in Vietnam or it only use AT&T Mobile?

... Vietnam is still in the throws of deciding who will operate 3G networks. What you may be able to use in future will depend on what the eventual network operators decide to provision.

In general, its unlikely that an AT&T card would be of any use to you, as Vietnam will probably adopt European-like standards rather than US-like standards for any future WWAN deployment.
