How to check ATT Mobile card and Intel Turbo Memory in T400

Hello
Can anyone please tell me how to check these integrated hardware in T400?

- AT&T Broadband Card
- Intel Turbo 2GB memory

I went to Device Manager in Windows XP, but did not see those two. Please advice, thanks

You can always take off the keyboard and check that all three slots are filled.

Microsoft Windows XP/2000 operating systems do not support Intel Turbo Memory. If you are using Windows XP/2000, there will be a Yellow Exclamation (!) shown in Device Manager.
