Localized "Access Help"

Hi everyone,

I'm wondering where to get localized versions of the "Access Help" application...?
They definitly exist, as localized XP preload images contain this localized Access Help, but unfortunately the only download available is the english version

Please help, it's quite urgent!

(I'm especially interested in the German version)
