T400 Bios Upgrade problems

I'm trying to download the 3.00-1.03 bios upgrade for the T400. The file size, according to Lenovo's web site, is 8,140,160 kb. But when I download it, it ends up being 376k. And of course, it's corrupt and doesn't install. I'm pretty sure the problem isn't on my end. It appears that even though Lenovo labled the file as 8,140,160 kb, it's really 376k on their server. So I guess my question is this, has anyone out there successfully downloaded this bios update and installed it? If so, what's the secret?

Same here, file size 376kb on download. Previous versions are much, much larger. I agree it's a corrupt file.

Download and use the CD installation ISO image 7uuj30uc.iso ... 23,916 KB

I'm running on 3.0/1.03 now
