WUSBManager

Hi,
I have performed a clean XP build of both an X200 and a T400 Lenovo.
When I log in with a non-administrative account, I am presented with a Run As installation prompt for what I gather to be WUSBManager software. I give the user temporary rights to install this, however upon removal of those rights the prompt reappears again.
I have downloaded the Wireless USB software (which I assume is what this is) and removed and reinstalled it, but its still the same. Any ideas how I can get rid of this annoying prompt for non-admin users?
