T400 battery options?

I just got a new T400 from our corporate IT people, now I need to buy a couple of spare batteries for it. The lenovo website isn't very clear on what batteries are and are not compatible with my new toy.... anyone able to help?

I originally thought they were the same batteries as my T60p (15" old-style 4:3 screen) but clearly they are not.

What are my options for batteries to put in my 14" widescreen T400?
9-cell (what's the part number?)
6-cell (what's the part number?)
UltraBay (is THIS the same battery as the T60p ultrabay -- I think so?)

thanks for any help... if anyone has suggestions on where to buy them at reasonable prices I'd appreciate that as well.
