T400 Temperatures

I'm wandering if my T400 (switchable graphics, rest of details in sig) is running hot compared to you guys?
In Linux, it's registering as 47degC for CPU and 62degC for GPU (presumably the integrated).
Under Windows it's about 43degC for CPU and ATI GPU is around 45degC, during heavy load it can go to near 65degC. This is all in high-performance mode.
Are these temperatures abnormal or damaging? Thank-you.

It was the case on mine T400 (switchable graphic as well) running under Ubuntu 9.04 (much hotter then under Vista). Then I discovered on Gentoo wiki following explanation:
"When the BIOS is set to switchable, both graphics cards are powered; not only that, the ATI card clock will be at its highest speed unless the X graphics driver has stepped it down. For this reason, your laptop will get very, very hot. You might want to remove your laptop's battery until you managed to get a configuration which keeps your laptop cool."
I ended up changing BIOS settings to discrete graphic and disabling OS detection and then enabling proprietary ATI driver in Ubuntu. My GPU temperature is around 45C when watching movies and 42C otherwise. It comparable to Vista now.

I think that was my problem. Once I switched to integrated graphics in the BIOS I get cooler temperatures than even under Windows Vista.
