or
*Integrated AT&T Mobile Broadband Card (3G) [add $80.00]

and what difference between them. and anyone works in the Mideast

First option is basically the empty PCI slot, SIM card reader, and the antennae connections. The other option adds the actual mobile broadband card, locked to AT&T provider. Unlocked cards cost in the $130 range, and can be easily installed by the owner.
