Help

I am hoping someone can help me. I ordered a t400 on aug 9th. It was held because of credit card billing address, but I corrected that on the 9th and confirmed that lenovo changed the address on the 12th. Come the 18th, nothing had been done regarding my order which was supposed to ship today, the 20th. I am told they left it on hold and never did the verification to release the order. Now they tell me it won't come until after the 10th of September. I am upset because they should have released the order no later than the 14th and it would have been shipped this week. I am now thinking to say the heck with Lenovo and to get a macbook pro. I want to know if there is anything I can do with Lenovo to get my system sooner before I cancel and go to apple. I have been talking with a tier 2 supervisor.

Shipping is always more of a guesstimate than a promise to deliver. Perhaps when your notebook was delayed some part went out of stock. If you need something sooner, maybe you should cancel and look in the outlet. Perhaps you'll find something better.
