Help Needed - Frequent BSODs on my new T500

I just got a T500 about a month ago. For the past couple of weeks I've been getting BSODs on a regular basis. The most common circumstances are:

1. I let the computer sit for a while, and when I come back it's at a blue screen
2. After getting a blue screen, I reboot and get a blue screen about 10 seconds aver the vista logo appears - the second reboot attempt usually works though

I've had it happen a few times while simply using the computer, but usually it's one of the two circumstances described above. I ran Memtest86+ and found no memory errors. The only "out of the ordinary" software I've got running is Office 2010 technical preview, but I think that the problem started before that.

Oh - One other "symptom" which may or may not be related: When booting, right before getting to the sign-on screen, the screen will go half blank. Almost as though the power to the LCD was cut for an instant. The left half of the screen will start to go black, and by the time the blackness progresses halfway across the screen, it flicks back to life. Like I said - I looks like what happens when you cut the power to an LCD, so I'm imagining it has something to do with a switch between the discrete graphics and the integrated graphics.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm not sure if I've got a hardware problem, or a software problem, and whether I should pursue service form Lenovo.

Thanks

Scott
