T400s - How to setup Displayport?

Hi All,
was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction.
how do i setup the displayport to output to monitor? doesnt look like my laptop ois detecting the screen.
i would like to achieve 3 working screens.
Screen 1 = Laptop
Screen 2 = Monitor Via VGA out
Sceen 3 = Monitor Via Displyport to dvi capable monitor (i have the original lenovo displayport to dvi adaptor )

please help

Can't achieve 3 working screens. The video card does not support it. Can achieve any two out of the three.
