T400 LCD Swap

What is involved in removing a FRU 42T0597 CFL screen and replacing with with one of the LED ones? Is it just a matter of the inverter, cable and screen?

Could you take a LCD Top from a 755 and put it on a 365. Say you had a 365ED and put a 755C LCD assembly because DSTN is awful.
