Hi i am new member of your site and a new user of T400 and vista
after i got my lenovo, i decided to create revovery disk, so i clicked the lenovo(q) driver. then i had three disks
1- a cd which is labeled start up disk
2- a dvd which is labeled disk 1
3- a dvd which is labeled disk 2
then i tried my recovery disks. it started with startup disk normally, and asked for disk 1. but it give error of 'not correct disk' repeatedly.
then i thought to create a new rec disk. but when i tried to do that i saw that it allows only one copy of the system. so what must i do? i have only one copy but it does not works properly?
and other question about this; at the window of lenovo factory back up partition information there are two buttons. one is 'create recovery media'. i know what this is. the other is 'recovery drive space' . i did not understan what this is for. and have i do this or not?
best regards
ruhat( from Kurdistan)

Re: A few question about recovery vista
After booting from the start up disc, are you selecting to restore to an image or to factory settings? If you are selecting factory settings, what happens if you click on no?
