T400 vista 64bit / VPN problems

Hello, I've got a 64-bit Vista Business SP1 installed on my T400.

I cannot get my Cisco ipsec VPN to work.

It connects, but then it doesn't allow any data through.

I tried to turn off windows firewall and windows defender and uninstall / reinstall antivirus many times but nothing seems to help

Is there anyone successfully using an ipsec Cisco VPN?
