TWO T400 MODELS the cheaper with EMBEDDED on chip spec

I am comparing two versions of the T400, there is a cheaper one, with only integrated graphics no discrete one,

the processor has a lower frequency, and in the comparison chart, its says "yes" in the "embedded" column.
Anybody could comment on what this means? Is this some cheapo chip, embedded like the Atom processor in a PCB?
should I be worried about this? otherwise, it is a super deal, cca 200 USD difference between prices.

the more expensive one does have a discrete graphics card, ATI HD 3470 256 MB,

plus the processor is P 8700
a bit faster frequency.

There is suprisingly little info out there on why the P8400 is sold as an "Embedded" processor, but according to its spec sheet it has exactly the same features as the other P8x00 models (except clock frequency of course). My guess is the P8400 has just been tested and, more importantly for VARs, warranteed for use in passively cooled devices. In fact, quite a few P8400 board kits are fanless, which isn't the case with the P8600, P8700, etc.

So, to answer your question, there doesn't appear to be any difference between the two except Ghz (and a bit of heat).
