Fingerprint protection on a Folder?

How do you make it so you need to use the fingerprint reader to get into stuff. Specifically a folder? Is it possible to assign fingerprint protection to whatever you want?

Use some type of drive encryption software like TrueCrypt. I'm not sure if you'll be able to make the fingerprint reader work with TrueCrypt though.
