(ASK)what do you think abt T/W500 on 40Y7676 notebook stand

Has anyone ever use the lenovo adjustable notebook stand with T500 or W500 or any other thinkpad with audio jacks in front of your machine?

i'm thinking to buy one of these stands because i begin to feel a little bit of backpain from long hours staring at my screen on the table.

anyway, it'd be great if i can get some advice on
1.does it really effective in making you feel more comfortable working with your TP?
2.If i adjust its height so that the TP not lying level with the table, would the audio jacks be blocked by the stand itself?
