"No wireless mobile broadband device found." WWAN F3507G
Hi all,
I got my Ericsson F3507g WWAN (FRU: 43Y6513) card for my T400s today, and I got some problems with it.
The hardware installation is fine, I plugged it into the mini-pci socket, screwed it on and connected with the antenna.
Then I powered on and downloaded and installed the driver at:
http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site. ... MIGR-73681
However, Windows 7 (64-bit) doesn't appear to recognized the card. I then tried to activate the broadband card using Mobile Broadband Connect at C:\Program Files (x86)\Lenovo\Mobile Broadband Connect, and I got an warning message saying: "No wireless mobile broadband device found."
In the device manager, there are 3 hardwares under the "Network Adapter" section, and they are:
Intel(R) 82567LM Gigabit Network Connection
Intel(R) WiFi Link 5300 AGN
Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adapter
I don't have any clue on what happened. Could anyone please help me please?

Hi, after I downloaded the diver, I just double clicked it and extract it to a C:/divers folder, and followed the instructions to install the driver.bill bolton wrote: For whatever reason, the device driver hasn't installed.

I had the same problem on my T500 switchable with Win 7 x64.
Support told me to uninstall the Win7 power management driver, power program and Access Connections and install the Vista versions. I did that and it worked for a few days although i didn't like the Access Connections. I already had the WAN connection in Access Connections because I exported the location profiles from my Vista install before I did a clean install of Win 7.
Uninstalling Vista Access Connections leaves me without automatic printer switching when I switch locations, but gives me much faster pickups of my pre-set wireless connections, including the AT&T WAN using the native Win7 wireless manager.
I haven't been able to get the AT&T account management software to work at all, but I am happy with the Win 7 native wireless management.

Hi, by "Win7 power management driver" did you mean the "Thinkpad power management driver" on the programs list?WilsonF wrote:I had the same problem on my T500 switchable with Win 7 x64.

I am not quite sure which versions are for vista. Could you provide the download link please (for the Access Connections and power program)?
Thank you so much!
