Ultranav Driver not working properly/ Problems at start up

the ultranav i installed for windows 7 installs and works properly. however, upon every shut down and turning on, after inputting my password, the screen boots and and asks whether or not i want to run the instalation for the driver...? any help thanks

just installed the intell matrix storage manager and the same issue occurred :(
