Perfect Case for a T400 ??

I am in search of a case for the T400. Not a sleeve or a briefcase / sling. What I really want is a case similar to the limited edition Thinkpad. That leather wrapped over-priced PC. I like the leather wrap around look and the protection. I go to many, many client meetings and take my former x61t. I used a sleeve with that and so instead of just flipping it open, I would unzip, put aside the sleeve, etc. You get the picture. Most of these meetings are in front of exec's from the client evaluation team. Focus is on me and the use of technology both in the meeting as well as the products that I develop.
In the past I have gone to a Staples, etc and got a leather portfolio. Took it home and drilled out the center 3-ring part, and used that. Not really any way to anchor the laptop in but velcro and that doesn't work well with the docking station back at the office. Stuff added to the bottom doesn't work well with the connections for the dock.
Any ideas? Should be leather / faux leather, wrap around and secure itself somehow to the box. Vaja Cases has a great one for the VAIO.
