Rescue and Recovery

Hi,

I have an R50e. I want to restore factory contents. I have created the product recovery discs following the instructions and have reloaded all discs. When restart I just go back to the IBM rescue and recovery with rapid restore screen. I note in your FAQ the message that if you get to stage 9 and this happens to click restore to factory contents with no disc in drive but screen locks up. and the only way out is to remove power,

Any help very gratefully received
