Upgrading Windows 7

I have a t500 with the windows 7 build it came with. Anyone ever upgrade their windows 7 version using Upgrade Anytime? I am going to do so because Profesional does not have Bitlocker. I just want to know if anyone has run into any problems?

No reason why it shouldn't work as there is only Bitlocker and a couple of other things in Ultimate that are not already in Pro. ... JDH

Your laptop will already have all the necessary files preloaded. It should be rather painless.

Did the upgrade and it works well. I want to start using bitlocker, but has anyone had any issues with Backup and Restore?

I dumped lenovo R&R for windows backup. Works great, pretty robust, and works even new hdds and raid 0/1. Only problem is when you swap to a smaller hdd, it doesnt work.
