T500 + Win7 = Active protection system ???

Hi All,
I installed yesterday windows 7 64bit. I am satisfied with Win 7 almost at all, but I have a problem with Active protection system.
If I am moving the laptop, the icon in system tray shows hdd state as paused, but HDD continue working... HDD doesn't stop.

I installed all from here http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site. ... MIGR-67046 including Intel Matrix Storage Manager Driver.

I know that on WinXP when I am playing music or movie, on ThinkPad moving the play stream would be stopped... Now it is not situation...

Does anyone have an idea about this issue?

After one restart everything works fine.
