ThinkPad T500 RAM Upgrade

Machine = Lenovo T500 2.53GHZ T9400 (Model # 2055-2CU) with ATI 3650 (256mb) -- Windows 7 64 Bit.
Should I get 2 of:
Part #: CT874344 • DDR3 PC3-8500 • CL=7 • Unbuffered • NON-ECC • DDR3-1066 • 1.5V • 256Meg x 64
Or

Honestly, the difference is going to be negligible. In theory the 1066 would be the better performer:
1/(freqency) * CAS (the lower the value the faster it makes one cycle)
1/1066 * 7 = 0.00656
1/1333 * 9 = 0.00675
So the 1066 is a better performer....barely.
Also, since the FSB for your machine is 1066 MHz the DDR3-1333 isn't going to help any.
