T410s order issues

Just want to share with you all the terrible experinces ordering Lenovo T410s.
When my first time hearing that Lenovo cancelled some T410s order without informing the customers, I thought it is impossible until it did happen to me. I placed orders for three T410s with discrete graphics on 1/10. As many people did , I checked the status on-line every day and did not find anything wrong until I could not locate one of my order couple days ago. I called Lenovo and got the reply as below
"You order has been cancelled because we did not receive your reply to confirm the order". The truth is they did not send me any e-mail after I talked with the shift supervisor. I was shocked by another bad news that he told me, "another your order will be cancelled". And yes, it was cancelled today without any notice. Since they already knew they are going to cancell your order, can they not send a notice or a phone call? Now, the only one left and also the the only one that may be fulfilled has an estimate ship date of 4/16 from the original 2/16.
Yes, your order could be cancelled already. You may want to confirm that..... If I have a choice, I will never buy and recommend Lenovo laptops.

I'm so sorry to hear about the horrible and unacceptable experience you've had with Lenovo. Sadly while I'm not surprised, it is a horrible new practice they have chosen to adopt. On one hand they advertise and create some good computers, on the other hand they destroy the confidence of the customer in the way they treat them. Because I've been a long time customer and have purchased many new ThinkPads from them on a very frequent basis, I too have found myself in your position. Even more frustrating to a certain degree, is watching things get worse instead of better. Thank you for sharing with us, as we can only hope that Lenovo may read this customer feedback and get serious about taking proper care of the customer.
