T410(s) full eSATA Performance?

Does the T410(s) deliver full eSATA 3Gb performance via its external connector, in Ultrabay and via the connector on the ThinkPad Mini Dock Plus Series 3?

I am asking this because of bad experiences with crippled Sata speed on the X61T via the dock ultrabay and PCMCIA card.
