T400 complains about my SATA controller in the advanced dock

Hi guys.
I'm getting this error every time I boot my computer.

ERROR
Expansion ROM not initialized - PCI Mass Storage Controller in slot 05
Bus:0d, Device:00, Function:00

Press <ESC> to continue

It complains about the sata controller I have in the PCI-express slot in the advanced dock.
My old T60 never complained about this.

However, the card still works, just really annoying as it beeps very loudly and I also need to be there when i turn on the computer to press ESC to continue.

Any ideas how to get rid of it?
