t410 - genuine lenovo battery msg?

We recently purchased a t410 directly from lenovo and we just got a message saying something like, "This is not a genuine lenovo battery it may not meet lenovos safety and quality standards."

What does that mean?

Update your BIOS to the latest version, that is a bug with the current BIOS version. Go to the Lenovo driver matrix, find the T410 page and download the BIOS. Close all the other programs, run the BIOS updater and follow the instructions. It should be pretty fast.
