ThinkPad T410 don't recognize Intel Centrino 6300?

I've been struggling with some major issues with the wireless connection on my ThinkPad T400s (2808-CVG), everything I do some heavy downloading, no matter if it's torrent, http or ftp downloading, every time the wireless connectivity is trying to handle 1.5mbps+ I get these random bluescreen's, it never occurs if I do some lightweight downloading, or if I'm using cable connection, it's just wireless connectivity, and it happens all the time?
Yes, I've tried quite a few different drivers already ..
Even when transferring files locally to my Q-Nap NAS it happens?
Good thing is that I've got on-site support on my T400s, but the brilliant thing is that Lenovo Norway supplier is out-of-stock on the Intel Centrino 5300.. So I have to wait about 1-2 weeks for my new wireless radio to arraive?
So I called our Intel supplier and he could send me a brand new Intel Centrino 6300 right away, he could also tell me that it should provide me with higher throughput, better coverage and better stability.
Today it arrived, so I didn't hesitate with replacing my faulty 5300 with my brand new 6300, but what happens when I try booting up my system with the 6300? The BIOS tells me that I have a unrecognised wireless card, and tells me to replace it in order to boot up my system?
What's up with that? Not able to boot up my T400s because I've replaced the 5300 NIC with a brand new one supplied directly from Intel themselves? That's just plain stupid if you ask me!
I've always loved ThinkPad's for their flexibility etc.. But not being able to switch wireless radios just seems wrong to me? Is there no way to bypass this stupid lockdown from the BIOS?
