Can I use a Window 7 recovery disk from a T400 for a T410?

I'm guessing that it will work if both machines have Intel graphics. It might get dicey trying to load an Nvidia based T410 from a switchable graphics AMD/ATI T400 recovery CD. Let us know if you try it.
