T400 Switchable Fan Replacement

My T400 was dropped about three feet while running and the fan was evidently damaged in the process. I have yet to open it up to look at the inside, but am prepared to replace the fan.

Could anyone advise me as to the following:

Is the fan by itself replaceable? I see parts for the fan only.
If I have to replace the fan and heatsink, which part number is it?
I see from the HMM that the integrated heatsink is different from the dedicated heatsink, so, I can't tell which one is for the switchable model.

I also don't suppose there's a way to override the Fan error. I can run fanless with RMClock limiting CPU speed at around 50 degrees.

I guess my question is now moot, as I opened it up and sorta un-deformed the fan structure so that it no longer makes scratchy noises. It is now operational, and I hope it'll stick around for the remainder of the laptop's life. (Barring any drops, of course.)

I am also again impressed by the ThinkPad engineering, although the right palmrest flex remains virtually the only downside.
