what is the best WWLAN card between those ?

Intel Centrino Wireless-N 1000
ThinkPad bgn Wireless
Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6200 (2x2 AGN)
Intel Centrino Ultimate-N 6300 (3x3 AGN)
Intel Centrino Advanced-N + WiMAX 6250

what is the best choice ?

Depends on what you want, I'd use the 6300 for range and potential speed later when routers get released, but if you do use WiMAX, get the 6250.

Only the Intel 6xxx cards are serious contenders for the best card.

Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6200: Unless you have a 3-channel router (if you aren't sure you don't), just as good as the 6300.

Intel Centrino Ultimate-N 6300: Slightly more expensive, best WiFi-only card.

Intel Centrino Advanced-N + WiMAX 6250: Supports WiMAX, which seems to loose the 4G format war against LTE. Only in very few test markets. Linux fimware still not available.

Actually the third antenna connection CAN give you better signal quality at very long ranges. Its worth the 20 dollars to go from 6200 to 6300 at this point.
