T510 with video issues

We have a T510 with an Nvida 3100 graphics card and running Windows XP with latest Lenovo drivers. When you right click on an icon on the desktop all you get is a raised red square until you run the mouse over it and then the video fills in line by line. Has anyone else seen this kind of problem?
